Pool Otters was started by Matt Good with a simple goal: build a pool service company that runs the way homeowners expect it to.
After years working in hands-on, detail-driven home improvement trades, Matt saw the same pattern over and over—services that lacked consistency, clear communication, and accountability.
Pool service was no different.
